Actually I never went to this appointment, I booked 3 weeks in advance. I texted her the day before about how much hair my daughter needed she never r...esponded. She stated she canceled my Saturday appointment, Saturday morning, but she didn’t cancel in the app. My daughter had a banquet and took her braids down, but had to go with a ponytail. Overall this chick is rude won’t be using her services. Show more
