My wife paid for my brother and I to attend a forge your own knife class today for my birthday. Even though we arrived a little late, the instructor g...ot us up to speed quickly and we were able to jump right in. After years of watching shows like Forged and Fired, we had an idea of how things worked, but it was neat to actually get to experience the process in person. The lunch was a delicious surprise… I’m picky about my steak, but the flavor was good, the potatoes were fantastic, and even the carrots were awesome! I’d recommend this class for anyone looking for something a little different to do.

I signed my husband and dad up for this knife-making class as a gift, and they absolutely loved it! From start to finish, the experience was hands-on,... educational, and incredibly fun. The instructor was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly passionate about the craft, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. They both came home excited, proud of their custom-made knives, and couldn’t stop talking about how much they learned—from forging and grinding to handle shaping and finishing touches.
