I don’t even write reviews but when someone try to get one up is corny. I booked an appointment for 4pm. The barber was supposed to be Marc. Got to th...e barbershop and Marc wasn’t there, waited 20 mins for someone else to cut me so already I’m not getting a cut from the person I was supposed to but neither am I getting a cut at the time I was supposed to. I had a wedding to attend so I waited but after I finish I asked the guy who cut me his price he told me 40$ I said okay well I already paid 32$ for the Booksy. Mind you the guy who cut me off wasn’t on the booksy. I don’t why he wasn’t but all i know is if that’s his price and I got a cut with him then how when he called the owner the owner told him 65$. Like bro I ain’t get a cut from the person that u was trying to charge 65 for at that I got cut late. But I gave the money anyway I’m only writing the review so u can look at the situation and not just try to get one up on a customer. A great cut you didn’t even see. You left before before he was done no disrespect to the guy who cut me because he was cool and he had good customer service but the cut wasn’t no where near 65$. You’re trying to justify the 65$ again the guy told me 40 when he was done. So that’s what he think it was worth. you saying 65 because that’s the service I chose only because there is no other option for the service I wanted I also did half payment because I knew it wasn’t going to be 65$ worth he called you and then you told him the remainder not because of what it was worth but because you wanted the money. I won’t be returning for any service thank you anyways. Would I recommend this spot ? Maybe as a walk in to really know who’s there and what’s going on but besides that ? NO I recommend to not book because it seems like theirs a lot of mistakes and mishaps over the app. Show more

Sorry about the misunderstanding and the confusion we had a barber call out today and forgot to clear his days.  our apology. But you booked a $65 service on the app. You where asked if someone else could cut your hair. not cut your hair for cheaper. So you got a $65 great hair cut. If the hair cut was bad and he messed your hair up then I would understand. But we sent you to professional that is great with your hair texture. Again we are sorry we would love to service you again.

I made an appointment for today at 12. It's 2 pm, and no one has cut my hair. My appointment was with the owner, David. He's not even here. I would le...ave, but I've paid a deposit. And I have somewhere to be at 5. So I'm still trying to get my hair cut. Two other barbers have promised that I would get cut, but one of them left, and the other guy is just watching football. Wtf is going on here??? I don't even know if yall can cut hair for real, and I'm sitting here patently waiting. This is terrible business. Close the bookings on Booksy if you're not working. I’m sorry that this happen to you today. We are new to Booksy so learning how to close days on the app. But I will give you a free cut on weds once I get back to the shop. And the other barber that was in the shop is a student barber.
