About us

Reading in full will eliminate any surprises. Rules are strictly enforced NO EXCEPTIONS. Please text 816-446-6286 if you have any questions. All processed hair (permed, bleached, heat damaged, etc.)..., hair thinning, bald spots, and scalp conditions (extra dry scalp, bumps, etc.) require a consultation before booking. Deposit is REQUIRED. TO CONFIRM your appointment there is a $25 deposit required. Your deposit is to be paid via CashApp ($teeb06), ApplePay (8164466286), or Paypal (@taliciabb). Your deposit is included in your total price, the balance is to be paid at the completion of service. After your deposit has been sent you will receive a confirmation message for your appointment. NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT!!! LATE CANCELLATION: I understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel your appointment, I ask that you notify me of any cancellations or reschedulings at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. If the booking was made on the same day, notify me at least 3 hours prior. Cancellations that break these rules will cause a cancellation fee on your service. LATE POLICY: If for any reason you are or will be running late, I ask that you communicate via text. Clients have a 10-minute grace period. More than 10 minutes will result in a $25 late fee. You must be in the chair. After 15 minutes you will be required to pay an additional fee if you would still like to be serviced or reschedule if time is not available. NO CALL NO SHOW: No call no show will require another deposit. After your 2nd no call, no show you will be required to pay half of your balance upfront in order to book again. You are responsible for the date you book. Please use your correct email and phone number when booking. The time it takes to complete a style depends on hair texture, length, the time since your last retwist, detangle time, etc. I will not & do not rush. All times are estimated time, everyone is unique. Please ensure that you add all necessary add-ons when you are booking your appointment. No add-ons or last-minute changes during your appointment please. Early Bird appointments (7-8am) are available for an additional $30 fee. Close of business is 4 PM, BUT I do take after-hours appointments. There is an additional $30 after-hours fee located in the add-ons required to complete your total. Sundays and Mondays are my off days and are used to recover and rest my body. With that, I will accept appointments but they will be strictly VIP appointments. It will be a $75 upcharge for Sunday & $50 upcharge for Mondays. (Sunday & Monday appointments are subject to be declined due to these days being rest & recovery days. If declined please feel free to reschedule) I do accept young clients ages 5 and older. (If you would like to book for a child under 5 please book a consultation) All children must be able to sit still and follow instructions while getting their hair service. If they cannot there will be a difficulty fee of $25.
