Great experience. Nesse was very informative and open throughout the entire process, from booking to end of the appointment. Checking with me througho...ut my appointment to ensure there was no irritation with the new products I agreed to try, that the style was coming out how I had wanted, and even handed me the tv remote so I can put something on to entertain myself since the shop was fairly empty. This is literally the first time since my loc journey started, 3+ years, that I didn’t leave a salon/barbershop with a headache and my parts still look sharp. Will definitely book again. Show more

She does a good job with hair. My son always looks good when she’s done. The two stars reflect that. She is lacking time management skills and it’s go...tten worse every time we come. My son has about a half a head of loc’s and they are not that long. His appointment was at 2pm on Thursday and she still wasn’t done at 5pm. He didn’t even get a chance to sit under the dryer because we had something to do at 5pm. 3 hours for loc’s and his head wasn’t dry is crazy. My son told me she was on the phone A LOT and also double booked and had another client in the chair at 3:30. She does good work but I’m not sure it’s worth the inconvenience. Show more
