Walked in and my son “because he was not 14” refused to cut his hair- meanwhile my 7 year old nephew went last week and got a cut…waited 2 weeks for t...he appointment and there is NO communication of this on his website or his door- he lost about 6 customers this day and I will keep spreading the word about how terrible it feels to be dismissed and rejected at the door….Horrible service! Well sometimes there is rejection. I was polite and professional and explained that it is stated on Booksy in my health and safety rules also in the second sentence of my shop description. I also explained , I have a serious hip injury and cutting childrens hair causes me great pain because they move and take extra care to cut. There was no service provided so there was no poor service, just a shop owner explaining the situation. Threatening to slander my name and shop is hardly reasonable and shows your true colors. Thank you for moving on.
