You arrived late to the appointment, coming from the store next door. When you sat in my chair, your hair was tangled, and you didn’t bring the items needed for your boho braids. I took time out to walk with you to the beauty supply store, only to find it was closed. Because of that, I had to use my own braiding hair and curly hair that I keep at the shop at my own cost. I also didn’t charge you for detangling and blow-drying your hair, which is typically an additional service. On top of that, I took time to support you by signing not just one, but two of your petitions. This appointment started off on the wrong foot, but I still did my best to accommodate you. Once your hair was done, both you and your partner approved of the style and left happy. Nothing was said about being unhappy with the results until now two weeks later. All of my policies including the need to come prepared, additional fees for extra services, and my no-refund policy are clearly stated on my Booksy app. I always strive to provide the best service possible, but I understand that not everyone will be satisfied. At this point, I’m leaving the situation in God’s hands.
