Kelly is so sweet, I'm so happy I found her. I hadn't gotten my roots done in 4 months but you wouldn't know it with how well my highlights turned out.... I asked to be as bright white as possible and I couldn't be more satisfied. I'll definitely be back within 3 months. ❤️ Show more
