I had a great experience getting my Brazilian wax with Kaiya. From the moment I arrived, I felt comfortable and at ease. Kaiya was professional, kind,... friendly and explained everything clearly, which really helped calm my nerves. The service was nerve racking but she constantly checked in to make sure I was okay. What stood out most was how respectful and reassuring Kaiya was, it truly made a difference. I left feeling confident, relaxed, and very happy with the results.
