Lu was absolutely amazing! As a transfer client, she educated me on my hair type and the care my hair needed in order to ensure a pleasant loc experie...nce. I understand this will not be a pretty process the whole time but she set my expectations and cleaned me up and I couldn’t be more grateful! The conversation was great and we share similarities on tv shows lol it seemed more like a visit with a friend than a hair appointment.
