My loctician Luna was not only professional but also incredibly knowledgeable and gentle with my hair. She took the time to ensure everything was neat and secure, and she checked in throughout the process to make sure I was comfortable. What really stood out was the peaceful vibe—no rush, no stress—just good energy and attention to detail. I left feeling refreshed, confident, and absolutely loving my locs! Lu was absolutely amazing! As a transfer client, she educated me on my hair type and the care my hair needed in order to ensure a pleasant loc experie...nce. I understand this will not be a pretty process the whole time but she set my expectations and cleaned me up and I couldn’t be more grateful! The conversation was great and we share similarities on tv shows lol it seemed more like a visit with a friend than a hair appointment. I would DEFINITELY recommend 🥰 I already have my next two reties scheduled!
