I made an appointment with Mack. I got there 10 mins early and then wait 25 more minutes just for him to not show up. One of the other barbers message... him to let him know we were there but he never responded. The barber that messaged him said he would cut my son’s hair next but he just started on his client and I wasn’t going to wait another 30 mins for him to start my son’s hair. Walk ins that came in after us were already getting their hair cuts. I understand we had an appointment but what’s the point of having an appointment if your barber isn’t going to show up. That’s bad business. Show more
