This salon is super cute and the hairstylist was very sweet. I have no issues w her personally but I am just overall disappointed in how my hair looks.... I was leaning more towards cool /neutral tones and blonde balayage. I showd inspo pics and I just thought we were on same page . I ended up leaving w very warm orangey uneven tones all throughout my hair and it doesn’t look blended at all. I have another appointment booked at a different salon soon to try to fix it. I am just a little frustrated that Im going to have paid for my hair twice now. Unfortunately I will not be returning:( Show more

Hello, you came into the salon asking for a balayage requesting a very low maintenance look. During your consultation, you were told that an ashy blonde color was not achievable with a balayage technique due to it being open air, and you would need 2 to 3 sessions in order to achieve an Ash blonde color. You were informed that your hair will only lift a few levels, and that balayage is an ombre technique. We explained to you that the color will be on your mid shaft down to your ends, not starting from your root. You stated you did not want a highlight as that would be too high maintenance. You agreed to proceed with the balayage and aim for a warm blonde for the first session. Also per your inspo pics you wanted to do a few baby lights which are done with foils to be lighter through the top and after your next session we would be getting you lighter mid shaft to ends. After the end of the service you exclaimed that you were very happy with your color service, and you liked your warm toned blonde color and that your stylist did a very good job! We never heard you were unhappy with your color until reading this negative review. We wish you had contacted us first before leaving our salon a negative review as your stylist would have discussed your concerns with your hair and would have been happy to make some adjustments at no cost to you.
