KID HAIRSTYLES

Didn't contact me when she knew she was running extremely late. After waiting 2 hours for service after setting an appointment one week in advance, wa...s told I booked under the wrong style but the difference would be waived for "time inconvenience". Seemed to think it was funny she was running her appointments late due to choosing to party late the night before. To her credit, before this, she had always been relatively punctual and professional. My kid loves getting her hair done by her so I drive 2 hours to these appointments instead of finding a closer stylist. Might have never even left a review if we hadn't basically been laughed at then told somehow we had received some huge favor for waiving a non specified amount. The lack of notice for a time delay, the lack of professionalism while we waited 2 hours after appointment time, and the audacity to act entitled afterward have all led me to write this review with only 2 stars. She gets one star for quality braiding and one because she has good rapport with my kid. Edit: I have removed another star because she called my spouse and ranted to him for 12 minutes, threatened to physically injure me, and called me some very unprofessional names. I'm going to double down and say she used to be very professional. I do have her threats and insults voice recorded if she decides to pursue further action against me for leaving her less than 5 stars. I said what I said. One mother to another, I'm only asking you one time to stop acting disrespectful. I appreciate you. 🙏 She is still obsessing over my review two weeks later. I've added screenshots. Show more

*Moderated by Booksy Moderation Team* Her & her “spouse” (more like her door Matt) was first clients of my well known friend & Co worker at the shop. My co worker no longer wanted to work with them so Her "spouse" requested that I be his new braider instead & he also wanted me to start doing his kid's hair (I immediately informed my co worker, who warned me they would be trouble but as you can see from LITERALLY every other review, that I take pride in being kind to clients so I decided to take their kid daughter as a client & then eventually the "spouse" against all warnings not to, bc the parents,particularly the mom are just not wrapped tight.) unfortunately reviews (no matter how false, can Not be removed via booksy) Needless to say, I’ve learned my lesson.
