***(Update: After posting this honest review, the lash technician texted me saying, “What goes around comes around and God don’t like ugly,” followed ...by, “You’re the Devil just like you look.” I believe this response speaks for itself and reflects the same lack of professionalism I experienced during my appointments. Screenshots of the messages are attached)*** I believe this response speaks for itself and reflects the same lack of professionalism I experienced during my appointments. This was the worst lash experience I’ve ever had. I asked for a wispy cat-eye and showed a reference photo, but I left with a volume doll-eye set that looked nothing like what I requested. I immediately told the technician I wasn’t happy. She asked me to come back the next day to remove them. The original application was painful. My eye stayed partially open, the glue fumes burned my eye the entire time, and I left with severe irritation. The removal was even worse. I was left alone twice for over 20 minutes with remover on my eyes while the technician left the room. She returned without washing her hands, was chewing gum and talking loudly on the phone, and removed many extensions by pulling with tweezers instead of gently dissolving them. It was extremely painful, and I repeatedly told her she was hurting me. The entire removal took about 1.5 hours, and I left with red, irritated eyelids and no lashes. She offered to do a new set, but after how painful the application and removal were, I refused. I no longer felt comfortable or safe letting her work near my eyes, so I preferred to leave without lashes. She refunded half of what I paid, even though I lost two appointments, two days of my time, and left in pain without lashes. As a former lash technician and someone who has had lash extensions many times, I know this is not the standard of care or hygiene I expected. I cannot recommend this salon based on my experience.

I apologize for your experience. Thanks for the feedback ❤️ The Devil is busy. I have faithful clients been with me for over 5 yrs. You can't make everyone happy. If you don’t like your lashes fine, I understand that, I took them off and gave you back half of what you paid, because business is business. My lash dolls loves me and your negative, lying response is the devils work. Have a blessed one!
