So soft grooming
I was sick all day and didn't see your appointment . I would have done her for you but I had been throwing up all day and sleeping. I usually always confirm same day appointments at least 2 hours before the appointment. Last appointment was cancled because it was 106 degrees outside and I hadn't had the ac up and running yet and was way to hot to be grooming as i will always put your dogs safely first. I apologize for you having such a difficult time booking and having a negative experience.

So glad to have found Sophia! Seems like it’s rare for there to be a cat groomer in Stockton but Sophia was able to fulfill all my fur baby needs. She... was very professional & responded quickly. Her service was also fast! Usually I’d drop off my pet at 7:30-8:30am and wouldn’t get them back til 2-3pm so I’m glad to have found someone who can get it done in 1 hour. She did amazing overall & I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Show more

Amazing job! Meechie(bandanna) was completely matted and So soft grooming were able to bring his coat back! He looks so much better! Now we can start ...of fresh and be able to keep up with Meechie’s grooming routine! 🥰 Miso (bow) normally hates going to the groomers. He would cry and yelp the whole entire time there and back. So soft grooming did such an amazing job with Miso! He was so comfortable, calm and happy! We definitely found our forever groomer for our boys! 🥰 Show more
