Horrible! I’ve been going to my nail tech for about 4 years now and she did great as always. But the customer service at Paris is awful. They booked m...e to where I had to wait almost 40 minutes past my appointment time to get my nail service. This caused me to miss my niece’s induction ceremony. When we got to the end he didn’t offer $5 off or any incentive to express regret. He ran up the bill as if they started on time. I will NOT be back. Bad business. I’ve been to places where they’ll say “bc of our extreme wait time for your appointment we’ll give you $10 off….” Or something! He offered Nothing! My time IS money. It’s valuable and must be treated as such. I’m too busy for that. If I were 40 minutes late they’d cancel my appointment and charge me $50! Show more

First time at Paris! Gracie did my pedicure and Jacob did my Gel x nails. The shape was definitely not coffin like asked and more bulky than I was exp...ecting. Not impressed by them and probably will get them removed in a couple of days. Def not worth spending $110 on them and not getting what I asked for. but Gracie did an amazing job on my pedicure.
