She’s... the true definition of a real stylist because every time I come in she ask what kind of style I want. I respond do u boo and leave out as a satisfied customer. I always get compliments on my hair and even have people at work trying to recreate her style on other peoples hair. It’s always good vibes and story time when I’m at the shop!!!! Usually I don’t have a problem with my Locs I’m usually satisfied ..well my last appointment she did loc extensions and majority of my Locs slipped ou...t because the extension locs were bigger then my actual Locs..she told me she would fix them for free..so I booked another appointment for Aug 16 ..I felt my hair was rushed due to the fact the back to school sale because none of my Locs were palmed rolled on top of that she tried to charge me another 50 dollars for the loc extensions that she said she will fix with no charge..didn’t put any oil on my Locs my barrels itched really bad I had to take them down..to the point my scalp has a sore..I tried to reach out to her no response ..and alway seem unhappy ..she will bae you all day but seem to not be happy at all..I won’t be going back problem was never solved and I alway spent a lot and give tips .. It was my first time receiving loc maintenance service from Elyse. I have A LOT of hair and I was overdue for maintenance but I was in and out in just... under two hours (which has never happened). Her daughter did a great job on my shampoo and my parts are still nice and clean like I love them. Definitely recommend and will be back. Show more

I got starter locs today done by Elyse & I am extremely happy with the service she provided. She was very professional and friendly and she answered a...ll of my questions that I had. She was very fast yet efficient which is a plus!! I thought I would be in the shop all day especially with all of the long thick hair that I have, but nope!! I was in and out within a few hours. The shop itself is dope; very chill & a real cool vibe. The other workers were nice & very friendly as well.
