I recently moved to the area and needed a haircut, so I found this barbershop on an app. During my first visit, I scheduled an appointment with Ron. I... arrived 10 minutes early, but the shop was locked, and no one answered the phone. Ron didn't unlock the door until 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. While the delay was inconvenient, I understand things happen, and the haircut turned out great. Given the quality of the haircut, I decided to book another appointment for my son and me. Today, I arrived 5 minutes early to find the shop open but unattended. We waited for our appointment, and when the scheduled time passed, I called out through the back door, thinking Ron would come out. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, we left without getting haircuts. While Ron's haircuts are excellent, his time management is unprofessional. I hope he improves in this area because he definitely has talent. Show more
