I recently had my hair braided at "African Braids by Lima" - located in Daly City. From the very moment I made contact with Lima, she was very friendl...y, accommodating, patient and kind. I had a lot of questions because this was my very first time getting braids. Lima answered all of my questions, such as, confirming what "look" I was hoping to receive, helped select the best hair color and length of braids for me, and also tried to put me at ease. Lima is a true professional, and she braids beautifully - she honestly makes it seem so easy, so effortless. It only took about 4 hours from start to finish. I was so overjoyed at the finished braids and I shared how much I absolutely loved the braids with Lima! She was beaming with pride, a sense of accomplishment, and most importantly - she was happy because "I" was so very happy. It's been over a week since I got the braids and they still look absolutely beautiful, and I have received plenty of compliments. I highly recommend "African Braids by Lima" - for the beautiful braids she produces and for an overall great experience. Show more

She gave my oldest fantastic corn rows in the Sumer and I love my knotless braids. She is only interested in your satisfaction. I will be back next for Goddess Braids! Show more
This was my first time getting my hair braided in san Francisco. Let along in daily city . I just moved from Oakland down to san Francisco. I just hav...e something to say . I like my hair for the most part but there are some things that I notice . One is that I asked if she will wash and blow dry my hair and she said it's an extra 30$ . In Oakland washing your hair and drying it comes with the service .I had to wash my own hair. Then I noticed she blow dryed my hair without and protection spray she just went in and blow dryer my hair . The customer service was nice the shop is clean she offered me snacks and water . The place was easy to find and easy to get to if there is food places up the street . She educated me on the braiding hair I grew accustomed to . The results are beautiful . I love my hair and wish her nothing but the best Show more
