No disrespect to your feedback ma’am, but both of your two kids came in with both of their hair super tangled up I offered to wash their hair (which I didn’t charge for obviously) and I still picked all their hair out And detangled it before I proceeded to cut it to the desired length you wanted it I’m just confused why you didn’t say any of this before leaving? I would’ve been more than happy to give you a free service for both of your children if you weren't satisfied with my services. I’m sorry you had a bad experience but I wish you could have communicated this with me like I said before you left.
