Good cut, bad customer service. I booked an appointment for 10:10 and there was customers in front of me and I had to wait almost 2 hours to get a cut.... Don’t make me book a time slot and pay ahead and I have to wait 2 plus hours. The cuts were good, but if my time is not respected and that was the expectation, I can’t support that lack of professionalism. Show more
