Lady you have been harassing and stalking me for almost 3 weeks. Unfortunately this platform doesn’t allow me to upload the proof. You post half the convo where I gave you what you were giving AFTER you THREATENED me. It clearly states on my policy that you need to bring a wig cap, you didn’t bring one, but yet it’s my fault, it also clearly states you need to bring your own concealer. Which you brought neither, yet it’s my fault. It definitely says send inspo picture if you don’t know what to get for the style you are wanting. These things are your responsibility due to the price decrease, it also clearly states on policy that it is your responsibility to read. You don't want to show where I tried to help you solve YOUR problem 3 times for free. You were expecting me to give you a refund for things that were YOUR FAULT. It also clearly states on policy NO REFUNDS. You’re mad at me for your lack of reading skills. I’ve gained 12 new clients since you started all this stalking and harassment and even they think you are crazy. They seen the policy them selves and seen every word I've mentioned. So again, as I told you before you not gone stop my money. Now have a good day! You can come back as many times as you want to EDIT your review but the facts remain the same! Also I’m more like Booratchet, and not ashamed at all. So if you think it’s an insult, it's not SWEETHEART.

I’m sorry you feel this way. Unfortunately the picture you just posted does not reflect the actualt color in your hair currently. You saw the color in your hair as black but it was of a light brown that was a shade or two off from the desired color. I thought I was doing you a favor by referring you to a color specialist who would better serve you, I thought it would be more upsetting for you to have me do your hair, & you still be unsatisfied as you were with the previous stylist. I didn’t want to waste your money. Yes I mentioned that I could do the color but I'm not a color specialist maybe a specialist would be more helpful because we are not seeing the same colors & I would hate for you to not be satisfied with my work either. I was never disrespectful. You told me "thank you for not wasting your time". Update to your update: I never said they were the same color. The picture you just posted for the second time still isn't your current hair color, you said that it's a sunlight photo but we can see the inside background of the photo that’s clearly not outside for sunlight. If this allowed me to post photos I would just upload the still from my camera inside my suite that shows your true current hair color. Your review is much appreciated though, you're entitled to feel however you want to feel.
