So it’s a no for me ! I originally booked a re-twist for less than 50 dreads, which was $50 or 55 I can’t remember the young lady messaged me and told... me that the appointment cannot be confirmed until she seen a picture of my hair after seeing a picture of my hair she said that I booked the wrong Service and she fixed it. It would be $65 because I have more than 100. I said OK then the navigation on this app sent me to a different location than her location when I called her she immediately knew what I was talking about because she has had this experience with other people, so I drive over there approximately two minutes late and there’s someone still sitting in the chair getting their hair done. She has a late fee if you’re late which she did not make me pay but if you’re going to charge a late fee, you should also be on time. Clean of the shop was not good either. Everything is out dated. About 75% through with my head, she explains to me that I actually have less than 50 dreads. Which is what I had originally assumed and that’s why I booked the original service after getting done with my hair. She was unable to dry my hair. I didn’t have an option to sit under the dryer .She blowdried it for literally like one minute then she rushed me off so she can continue with the next customer after requesting $80 -mind you if I have less than 50 dreads why am I paying you $80 two strand is $20 for a style and then 50 or 55 for the actual re-twist you had an opportunity to stand on integrity and you chose to get a couple extra dollars today Instead of having a repeat client for life. I don’t recommend. FYI I’m sitting at lunch and my hair is still awet Show more
