It's a scam!!!! I booked through Booksy three weeks in advance for eyebrows, a manicure, and a pedicure. When I got there, they had double booked and... only got me in for eyebrows; but because Booksy charges 50 USD in advance, instead of refunding me, they decided without consulting to do a "facial", no explanation or questions, they just starded doing it, I thought it was a way of apologizing, in any case, they left me with the products on my face and cucumbers on my eyes…. It was taking a while, when I took the cucumbers off my face I realized that they were treating another person; I had to ask them to remove the products of my face. I asked how much was it and they charged 50 usd… they were making sure that I was charged for the full amount that Booksy charged me. Show more
