Hey Sergio. I apologize if you wasn’t satisfied with the service. I do everyone at the end of the haircut, “do you see anything you would like for me to touch up, clean up or shorten up.” You refused to look in the mirror and threw on your hat. If you would have said something then or hit me up afterwards I would have been happy to fix it and accommodate you for the inconvenience.
