Hi David, I want to clarify a few things for accuracy. The haircut you received was not shaved, and you definitely had more than an inch left on top. I take pride in being precise with client requests, and this service followed the reference photo you provided as you specifically said "its time to go short this time." I know for a a fact we did not go low enough for it to be a 5 o clock shadow on the sides and the top was longer than one inch. One inch is a number 8 guard, we used scissors and it was significantly longer than finger length. Also worth mentioning—this was not your first attempt to book with me. After receiving two no-show fees from your original account, you created a new profile just to get around the policy. I value all clients’ time and commitment, and that includes respecting the appointment process. Wishing you the best. —Julio
