I used to like this place but Ed is really unprofessional with scheduling always running late always putting other customers in front if you have an a...ppointment set I think you have the right to keep your appointment instead of being pushed back with time it's really inconvenient when you got things to do keep your personal life and your business life separate..last minute changes doesn't work heres proof instead of excepting accountability people get on the defensive and start making excuses practice what you preach god dont like ugly and i dont think you want to get ugly with me..i paid 60 dollars for a haircut i dont know why i it wasn't even worth it i should of ask for my money back true story Show more

My mom is battling cancer, no customer is going to take priority over her. Also you have no called no showed more than once, and have canceled your appointments last minute, if you want to talk about no respect for time. There’s no loss losing you as a customer, you weren’t a good one to begin with.
