Jenny did an excellent job, both efficient but also professional pointing me to aspects of my hair I had not previously considered and providing great... suggestions. I also appreciate that she did not engage in endless smalltalk but stayed focused on my hair! I got a same-day appointment and did not have the wait, while the shop was pretty busy. Strong recommend
