I booked an appointment for my daughter at Prindis Touch Braiding, and we had such a great experience. The stylist who braided her hair was incredibly... fast, very courteous, and genuinely invested in making sure my daughter got exactly the style she wanted. The braids were neat and secure without being tight, which was absolutely perfect. Pricing was reasonable, and the entire team was respectful and professional from start to finish. I highly recommend this salon to anyone looking for beautiful, high‑quality braids at a great value.

The overall ambience was beautiful. The owner, was very attentive & really sweet. The staff were also friendly. My braider, weren’t too attentive. And... was super rough while braiding. At one point she was yanking MY hair & I had to nicely ask for her to be careful. She was shown pictures a few times however had to be re-directed(by the owner AND myself) a couple of times on what I was asking to be done. The owner also had to redirect her, by telling her “boho , she doesn’t want that much. Do a few & ask her if it’s good”. She did NOT. Proceeded to add the boho, more than I wanted. After she was done braiding I asked her was SHE going to put it in a bun(as the picture clearly displayed AND what I paid for(updo). She then asked me, “oh you want me to put it up in a bun?” Only for the owner to have to come over to do so. So the extra bohos are in the bun which is clearly not what I intended & the reason I stated i only wanted a few bohos coming out of the bun. My stars would be much less, however the owner was very nice through it all. I get braids a lot & I tip(😁), I was not used to the level of this service. Will I return? Probably not. 🤷🏽‍♀️
