Updo ponytail

The overall ambience was beautiful. The owner, was very attentive & really sweet. The staff were also friendly. My braider, weren’t too attentive. And... was super rough while braiding. At one point she was yanking MY hair & I had to nicely ask for her to be careful. She was shown pictures a few times however had to be re-directed(by the owner AND myself) a couple of times on what I was asking to be done. The owner also had to redirect her, by telling her “boho , she doesn’t want that much. Do a few & ask her if it’s good”. She did NOT. Proceeded to add the boho, more than I wanted. After she was done braiding I asked her was SHE going to put it in a bun(as the picture clearly displayed AND what I paid for(updo). She then asked me, “oh you want me to put it up in a bun?” Only for the owner to have to come over to do so. So the extra bohos are in the bun which is clearly not what I intended & the reason I stated i only wanted a few bohos coming out of the bun. My stars would be much less, however the owner was very nice through it all. I get braids a lot & I tip(😁), I was not used to the level of this service. Will I return? Probably not. 🤷🏽‍♀️ Show more

We are beyond grateful to have found Prindis Touch. My daughter is a bit sensitive to her surroundings, and the love and care the entire team poured i...nto her hair—and her overall experience—was truly beyond our wildest expectations. We've tried several salons in the Minneapolis area, but none have been the right fit. At Prindis Touch, they were collaborative, patient, and genuinely tuned in to my daughter's desires for her hair. They went above and beyond to make her feel seen, heard, and celebrated. If you're considering booking, I cannot recommend this place enough—10 out of 10! Every client in the salon that day looked over the moon with their services, and it was clear that everyone was being treated like family. Even though we live nearly an hour away, this will be our forever salon. Thank you, Prindis Touch, for the magic you bring. Show more
