Good haircut felt a bit rushed towards the end and was a bit passive aggressive at times about his price add ons that I was unaware about but overall... solid haircut would recommend

Thank you for your review. My intentions were never to make you feel uncomfortable. English is not my first language and sometimes things get lost in translation. Because you were unaware of add ons and that they require additional time and charges I wanted to clarify that for you. Saturdays are one of my busiest days and I aim to ensure every client’s appointment starts on time. I always begin each appointment with a consultation and in your case you asked for a low taper. Once I finished your haircut you then asked me for a mid taper which required additional time which therefore cut into my next client’s allocated time. As a result of this I had to work a bit faster to respect everyone’s time. Ultimately I am glad you were happy with your cut.
