I had a really bad experience, i could tell from the moment i walked in that i wasn't welcomed, i just had that weird feeling. Just the vibe inside th...e barber shop was unwelcoming, and i felt like i wasn't wanted there and i was just been stared at. I thought about walking away and leave but i decided to stay and go on with my appointment. when it was finally my turn after waiting for about 30 minutes past my initial appointment time, excuses were made to NOT get the service i was there for, cause it was something that was going to take to long to be completed. So, i was told that she couldn't go on with the appointment. So, i just said ok, didn't make it a big deal and left. I really was looking forward and i was excited to see what my hair would look like after what i wanted done to my hair. It just didn't happened. So, i am going to be looking somewhere else to have my hair done!!! Show more

I am sorry you felt that way cobsidering the last time i did your sons hair was a great experience. I pride myself on welcoming everyone so the vibe you are describing simply does not exist in me. I assessed the hair like i always do and i found something that i was not comfortable with continuing the service. I felt bad for having to turn you guys away, and knew in doing so i was going to get a bad review. I let your son know that once his condition was treated to please come back and i would be happy to do the service. I do not go out to buy supplies just to turn a person away because the service is long. Long services do not bother me one bit. Again, once his hair is treated please feel free to book.
