I've been going to Studio 143 for Brazilian Waxes two yeas now and I wish I started going to her earlier!! Greona is so gentle and takes such good car...e of my skin. I'm so thankful I found her because she's the only esthetician who doesn't leave me with ingrown hairs. My waxes are always sooo smooth and Her studio is also very calming, the music is always bomb and it's overall such a relaxing experience. I'm so thankful for her! Her skincare items are also amazing - I use her coffee scrub on my intimate areas, legs, armpits, truly all over and it really helps with keeping my skin smooth. Show more

I have been coming to Greona since March, maybe February. I’m a loyal and consistent client because I value my services. I’m not from here, so I knew ...the prices would be tripled what I pay back home but I didn’t care. Since I’ve been coming to Greona, I have had several canceled appointments. Last minute at that. It’s always an issue. She’s usually late, whether she’s just arriving or she’s not done with someone else. My birthday appointment was one of the latest appointments she’s canceled last minute. Even after she told me to book for the date and time. MY BIRTHDAY. I decided then that I probably wouldn’t see her again. Ever since then she is still late or a no show. One time we waited outside for her to be let in the building. One time I waited 15 minutes for her to finish someone else. And this time, my last time booking with her she no showed. Talking about her schedule didn’t post right. But you get notifications when people book appointments. So make it make sense? Not sure if this is just something she chooses to do with me, considering her ratings or if this is the type of service people allow in LA. So inconsiderate and downright unprofessional. Not to mention she now takes deposits, which I’m sure is because of the shop she’s in. But I feel as if, you don’t uphold the same standard you set, you don’t deserve a deposit or even clients. — and I get more than brows done. Show more

Greona has impeccable attention to detail, works qui...ckly and efficiently, she also makes her own skin oils. I have never left a brow waxing with my skin not being irritated at all, and they look *flawless*. She also got rid of a very stubborn ingrown I got after my last brazilian (I rarely ever get any which is why I did not return to that place). I can already tell I’ll be having no issues with that this time. The vibes, music and ambiance were also on 100. The studio is super cute, clean and comfortable.
