Your appointment was 11:am and Booksy shoes that the person before your check out at 11:05 am and I remember starting with you right after her. I also spent an extra 30 to 40 minutes to blow dry your hair because it is very think and it was tangled. I usually charge $30 ( see under my services) to blow dry but for you I did it for free. Those little additional services we do to satisfy one client usually affect the next client and it’s not every day that I can stay on top of it and prevent the next person that it will be a delay.
