    • NeuroMovement Lesson

      My work with children is centered on movement combined with key learning principles that effectively improve brain processing and enable your child to learn new things, often very quickly. The process enhances brain plasticity, the brain’s ability to respond and adapt quickly to external and internal events. In a NeuroMovement lesson, I create dynamic and highly varied movement experiences for your child while providing important kinesthetic feedback through touch, highlighting essential functional connections in your child’s sensory kinetic awareness. Consequently, they feel more connected and comfortable in their body and are much more able to learn and thrive.  The lesson fee includes some training for the parents/ caregivers about applying the principles in daily interactions with the child in order to support the learning process at home. It also includes communication with other providers, the child's teacher, and reports upon request.

I've had several Functional Integration sessions and am a Feldenkrais Practitioner myself. Gabrielle immediately met me where I was in my body, with m...y pain, with my own practitioner questions. I left with movements to take home, conversations and new thoughts I was so excited about, I shared with 3 others already. I have had many Functional Integration lessons. Gabrielle's technique was unique and I left feeling more integrated and relieved of discomfort - and more integrated - than I had been in a long time. I am a dancer and felt my dance training coming back. I will definitely continue my lessons and conversations with Gabrielle. Her years of experience, her variety of experience, her own curiosity, and her ability to adapt to me, to find what I specifically needed, is something I am sure she brings to everyone. She is a rich resource and extremely experienced practitioner.

Gabriele is a truly gifted practitioner with amazing skills for detecting areas with potential for change and guiding movement and attention to allow ...the brain form connections that improve both movement and thinking. My husband definitely noticed a significant improvement in his ability to twist his body and turn his head to allow reaching with increased range and less pain. His sense of space and midline noticeably improved. Overall my husband reported a very positive experience

Gabrielle is arguably the best Feldenkrais practitioner I've been to. I walk in with pain and limitations and walk out with new ways to move that hurt... less or not at all. If it's possible to avoid or postpone surgery, it happens under Gabrielle's care.
