This was my second time visiting the salon. The first time I took my daughter to get her hair braided for new years. She was in love with her hair and... when it was time to take it out she refused. In all honesty I want my money back. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. I came for a simple silk press. They Delayed my appointment ...for two hours and then when I got there the girl had the audacity to ask me if she could eat before we started. I just gave her the side eye and she got the idea that I want to leave. Throughout the visit, I felt uncomfortable the girl is not properly trained. Someone was coaching her on doing the hair over the phone. This is only the second day of the silk press and I decided whatever let me throw a wig on because it was THAT BAD. If I could give -1 stars I would. Please do not come here. Show more
