In all honesty I want my money back. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. I came for a simple silk press. They Delayed my appointment ...for two hours and then when I got there the girl had the audacity to ask me if she could eat before we started. I just gave her the side eye and she got the idea that I want to leave. Throughout the visit, I felt uncomfortable the girl is not properly trained. Someone was coaching her on doing the hair over the phone. This is only the second day of the silk press and I decided whatever let me throw a wig on because it was THAT BAD. If I could give -1 stars I would. Please do not come here. Show more

Very unprofessional, it took 4 hours for me to get a simple wash and press done. I know and felt like she yanked out a lot of my hair. She was talking... a little too much and not doing enough hair. Then she proceeded to have an attitude with my sister when she asked what the hold up was. I just got my hair done yesterday and already today it's frizzing up and needs a touch up. Would not recommend going here. Waste of time and money!!!! Show more
