I’ve been going to see Venia for almost 3 years now and she always does a fantastic job. Today I had my massage with Mimi and she did an excellent jo...b. I was supposed to be with Venia today but she was extremely busy, so I did my massage with Mimi and I feel terrific. All my aches and pains are gone, all the knots in my back and shoulders are gone! I booked an appointment for a full body massage at 1pm for my girlfriend who just arrived from Australia. The booking process was super easy and i rec...ieved a reminder the day of and contact from Nina via text confirming my appointment. I texted Nina to let her know we had arrived. After waiting for 5 mins i messaged Nina again and asked her if she was running late. No answer. Finally i told her to just cancel after calling her and no one picking up. After texting the phone number available on the door her boss Mimi finally replied to me telling me that Nina was there. Which she obviously wasn't, seeing as we were standing in front of a closed door with no one there. After much back and forth her boss said did we want to come back tomorrow and she would knock off 10 bucks. I said thank you but told her no seeing as my girlfriend is only here for one more day. Then she called back saying she could have someone else there in 2 mins, by that time it was already 1.40pm. While i appreciated Mimi calling me and talking, i was unsure as to why Nina didn't let us know what was going on instead of ghosting us. We are all human, if she had a family emergency and communicated that, i would have completely understood. I just wanted some form of communication as to what was going on. Show more

First time client. Decided to book on Booksy app, I’ve seen as a suggestion and so happy I did. I had the best experience and will definitely add her ...to my self care routine. I think she did medium to firm pressure and I loved it. I felt like a new person afterwards. She is very nice and made me feel comfortable. Can’t wait for next appointment. I recommend to friends and family. She even offers couples massages in her second room. Used hot stones, aromatherapy; I felt very pampered and relaxed. Show more

Venia is an incredible massage therapist and super friendly as well. She is very skills on Deep sport technique. Great experience and reasonably price...d. The best massage I never ever had. It feel so painful but so good and get better in the end. Venia was really care. She adjusted the pressure to a level to I could comfortably handle. I highly recommend her to anyone wishing a professional massage from her. Next time I interesting couples experience with my husband. I love the way she let me picked the surprise gift card , and I got $20 off for next visit. She also has a big promotion that if I back 5 times then I can pay as membership prices that is were cheaper 20%-35% . This a BEST experience and the best offers. Also I heard her team said , Venia is very fairly boss, not take advantage her clients and her team. I’ll support her long term. Highly recommend!!! Show more
