    • LATE FEE

      At The Spa Cave, we value our clients' time and strive to provide excellent service to each and every guest. In order to maintain a smooth schedule and accommodate all appointments in a timely manner, we have implemented a late policy. If a client is 10 minutes late to their appointment, a fee in the amount of $15 will be charged to your service total. If a client is more than 15 minutes late to their appointment, the appointment will be considered a NO SHOW. CONSISTENT tardiness or no-shows can disrupt our schedule and impact other clients who have appointments scheduled therefore will result in you being blocked from booking future appointments with The Spa Cave. This LATE POLICY will be applied to ALL CLIENTS and ALL SERVICES.
