This is not about his skills as a barber, but his complete lack of professionalism. I booked appointments with Natey 4 times, and 3 of those times i ...had to wait at least 30 to 40 min after the appointment time that was scheduled. This past Friday I booked an appointment with him on Thursday the day before for 6pm. At 5:51pm he texts me saying he's running behind and to come back in 30-40 min. I told him that was unprofessional and what's the point of booking appointments if you won't honor that time? I ended up finally getting into the chair at 720, so my 600 appt didn't start until almost 90 minutes after. And then he proceeded to cut my hair with an attitude, and honestly it didn't even look that good, not like his usual work. If this was an isolated incident, I wouldn't even post. Me and him even discussed his time management after the 1st time it happened and he said it was something he was working on. But after 4 times, something needs to be said. You can be talented, but you can't and shouldn't disrespect people's time. So I will never be back to him. Sad, because he can really cut. But he treated me horribly. Show more
