Called up to book an appointment with Kevin and was scheduled for 1:30 hair cut. Left and got to my appointment at 1:18 to be early because I respect ...someone’s time and would not want to be late. When I got to the shop, someone had just sat in his chair. Kevin looked at me and said he pushed my appointment back. I did not receive a text or notification. As I walked out of the shop I received the reschedule email and the cancellation email at the same time at 1:19. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful of others time and schedule. Show more
