Appointment for 11:30 with 'Luis' confirmed via the app. Showed up at 11:20. Sat there until 10 mins after my appt time before walking out, completely... annoyed. Neither the two barbers cutting or the two munching Starbucks the whole time said a word to me. Supercuts gives the worst cuts in the world... but at least they acknowledge your existence. You know, like a professional business. Show more
