I had a haircut with Antony, and overall the experience was quite disappointing. Let me explain in order. The haircut itself was not bad — not amazing..., but acceptable. I think Antony knows how to cut hair. However, the beard trim was worse. In my opinion, a barber should understand what suits the client’s face and what doesn’t. The beard looked shapeless, there was no fade between the beard and hair, and he clearly doesn’t know how to shape mustaches. It was unpleasant when he touched my mouth with his fingers, and the line turned out uneven — I had to fix it at home. He used a hot towel on my beard for maybe 15 seconds, which was kind of funny — just for show, I guess. Now, about communication and service. He barely asked for feedback during the process — only at the very end, when everything was already done. For example, I would have preferred a higher beard line, and I really dislike hair cream. Before applying any styling product, a barber should always ask if the client wants it and what kind. On top of that, Antony was 30 minutes late. Even worse, he charged my card through the Booksy app without asking, added tips for himself, and also took cash from me. When I came back to ask for a refund, he said the money would return to my card — but it never did. Despite me showing proof that the payment went through, he refused to refund it. I spoke with the owner afterward — at first, he took Antony’s side, but later he decided to cover the issue from his own pocket, which I respect.

Your beard has no hair friend don’t pretend that I put you, I showed you the mirror you said it’s perfect, I have no problem dedicating more time to you and I think my photos speak for my work (5. Banking policies do not allow anyone to take money from your account, so don’t lie, I sent you a message and you said you were very sorry and that you had understood my delayed time (8. I told you about my condition and you don’t have to wait or bother the stylist, keep it up 😉 for me you can put 1 star and my service will continue to be ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
