My Appointment Was For 1:30pm, I Arrived At 1pm Because Her Assistant Told Me I Could Come Early. I Did Not Leave That Shop Until 5pm For A Hairstyle ...That Took 45 Minutes. Her Assistant Put Me Under The Dryer & It Wasn't Even Hot Which In Turn Led To Me Being Under The Dryer For Over 1 Hour. The Assistant Seemed To Be More Focused On Getting Her Ponytail Done. Elley Seems To Takes On Too Many Clients At Once. That Wait Time Was Completely Unacceptable & Caused Me To Miss Work. Nonetheless Her Work Is Flawless & It Came Out Exactly How I Wanted. I Received Tons Of Compliments. I Only Deducted 2 Stars For The Wait Time. Update: I Came Back To Add That She Called My Phone With An Attitude Stating That She Is "Very Upset" About My Review. Then Proceeded To Block Me From Future Bookings. Very Unprofessional, Take Some Accountability. Show more

Hello , I apologize for your discomfort, but as explained on my ig page appointment times may vary, when you came in you explain that you left work to come to get your hair done, you asked if you should stay or go back to work . I was in the middle of working with a client so I explained to you that I will accommodate you after I finish with the client that was in my chair and if you would like to go back to work you can . I cut your hair right after that client , my assistant washed and rapped your hair , which allowed her to get her hair done while you was under the dryer , nevertheless I’m thankful you liked you hair 💪🏾😍

BOOK 👏🏾 WITH 👏🏾 ELLEY!!! I came in town for an event and found ELLEY via tiktok and booked a quick weave with frontal appointment. I arrived for m...y appointment and was serviced right away by Elle’s assistant for a braid down. After my braid down I waited my turn to get in Elle’s seat and I seen at least 5 women walk out after being serviced HAPPY!!! She works fast and she’s on point. I knew at that moment I made the right decision. The staff in the salon is so sweet and professional. My experience was overall 10/10. Now let’s talk about my hair. I showed her a picture and she executed!!! We chatted while I was in the chair and she was still laser focused. I was nervous about blonde hair and a pixie cut but I won’t be anymore. She really did her big one and most importantly I felt seen, heard and she would not let me get out her chair until she knew for sure that I was satisfied. Moral of the story book with her and don’t take all her appointments because I’m coming back. Show more
