I went to Elle for a relaxer and style on my pixie cut, and she slayed my hair! From start to finish, everything was smooth and professional. She’s su...per talented, down-to-earth, and easy to talk to — I felt really comfortable in her chair. Her assistant Bri deserves her flowers too! She’s the first face you see when you walk in, and her energy is amazing. She was cool, friendly, funny, and so welcoming. She makes you feel right at home the moment you arrive. Both ladies were such a vibe, and I can honestly say I’ve found my new hairstylist. I left feeling confident, refreshed, and absolutely in love with my hair! 💇🏽‍♀️✨ I’ll definitely be back and I’d highly recommend Elle to anyone looking for a stylist who truly slays a pixie cut. This was my first visit to the salon, and Elley and her assistant were both very personable and welcoming. There was a bit of a wait, but that’s to be... expected on a busy Friday or Saturday. During the wait, Elley’s assistant checked in with me, which showed that they were aware of the delay and genuinely apologetic. My hair turned out beautifully, and overall, I had a great experience. I would definitely return next time, I may just book an earlier appointment to avoid the wait. Show more

Listen… I came in with no plan, just vibes, like “yeah let’s cut it off” 😂. First-time pixie cut girly here, and Elley did NOT play! She knew exactly... what she was doing, kept it real about my thin edges (still had me feeling confident), and had me walking out like a brand-new woman. From the molding to the finish, it was giving everything it needed to give. And let’s talk about starting on time — 10/10 professional. No waiting around, no nonsense, just straight to work. Let's just say i won't be going back. My first and last time. The style that I showed her was different from what she did. One side of the waves start...ed off nice and small, then she did these larger ones on the opposite side. (Rushing) It was a waste of my time and money. Hey Tawanda, I’m sorry I couldn't put a smile on your face, my assistant an I notice you came in troubled and from the time you was there til the time you left you gave bad energy , I tried to make you smile a few times I got that on camera ,I even sat down by the sink bowl and took out time to figure out your style, you said you liked the waves before you got under the drier, I wish you all the best queen🙏💪🏿
