I’m sorry to hear that Ashley ,yes It was the day before new years , it was a busy day , I informed everyone that it’s not a regular day, I also ask everyone after they leave if they’re satisfied with there style, I always try to accommodate the client anyway I can , maybe there wasn’t enough communication going on that day ,
