Hello , this whole review sounds weird to me , I can’t recall our appointment but prices are in my bio , relaxer wash style is 145 with tracks 185 , I don’t know what else you got done , I’m always willing to explain the break down and I normally do, there had to be something else that was added on , hair that you purchased from me and a take down on the back and sides of your hair , and my neutralizing shampoo will indicate if there’s still relaxer in your hair , by the color of the shampoo so I’m sure my assistant removed all of the relaxer, please call me so we can figure out payment, 🥰

Hello , I apologize for your discomfort, but as explained on my ig page appointment times may vary, when you came in you explain that you left work to come to get your hair done, you asked if you should stay or go back to work . I was in the middle of working with a client so I explained to you that I will accommodate you after I finish with the client that was in my chair and if you would like to go back to work you can . I cut your hair right after that client , my assistant washed and rapped your hair , which allowed her to get her hair done while you was under the dryer , nevertheless I’m thankful you liked you hair 💪🏾😍
