First time visit with Elyse, will not be the last. She has a wonderful personality, was very professional, understood the many textures of hair I have... (I’m mixed). She asked me what I wanted (twist and braid style, size) she 100% delivered on my request. Her service alone has me booking again. However there is other stylist in the shop Ivy, whom Elyse brought into the conversation about my hair care routine/desires. I was there for Elyse…once Ivy was brought into the conversation, she showed the same professionalism and welcoming personality. Together they addressed all my concerns about my hair. I love the energy these ladies have within the shop. Next appointment will start my treat towards my hair care goals. I was concerned about starting the process bc I am deploying, but they offered to ship the products to my deployed location. Best service I’ve ever received! Show more
