I would like to apologized in his behalf, he’s ill in the hospital at the moment I have tried to see how I can refund you on this app, but I don’t know how I’ve asked Booksy for assistance with this but he has closed out your appointment so they should be refunded you and again my apologies I have closed his books for a moment until he feels better he will open them back up Please let us know if you don’t receive your refund thank you for your business
