Edit after discussing my visit with A: Yes, I was indecisive about what to do with my hair and because this is the only natural hair care salon in the... area, I was relying heavily on her for direction. And I was afraid to voice my doubts about the end result because a stylist can get defensive about their work, and it can be awkward to be in that spot for a patron to express concerns once the cutting is already done. I've been in the past and liked my hair and like the decor of the salon and that's why I trusted her enough to come back. This visit just didn't turn out the way I expected. I'm not holding it against all her work. We just had a breakdown in communication so I will place my experience in the middle of the road. Show more

Wow to my clients and future clients. I do apologize for this. This woman is the same individual I had blocked a couple of years ago for the same craziness. l was concerned that she may have had some mental disturbances and psychological issues which are now very evident. In an attempt to help the individual with the best decision for her hair, it was verbally expressed that she was pleased with her tapered cut before leaving. Not sure what would happened upon getting home but unfortunately we will have to block/ban her from utilizing our services in the future to avoid any confusion.
