There's nothing Kathy and her clients deserve more than an honest and thorough review. First and foremost, I met Kathy way back at a different salon w...ith every intention that it'll be a client/customer relationship but it grew into much more than that. With still the same respect as a client, she has offered me coffee/food and a safe place to vent and be myself. There's been moments that I know she's tired but the energy is still there. She also has let me doze off, be quiet and dissociate after a long day of work. Being in a customer centered job myself, I hope to offer her the same safe place. Much like the rest of us, we have days where we complain about our jobs and how tired we are, and that is okay! I am grateful for you! Secondly, she is an amazing artist! For several years I would show her a design and she will instantly just do it. Her quick thinking is always so impressive! I call her an artist because she's not just a nail tech that does, she is a nail tech that takes pride in her work and makes sure she represents well for herself. I have been in healthcare for so long and Kathy's work/product is the only one that withstand plenty of SaniWipes and harsh chemicals. I can go from 4 up to 8 weeks without it breaking off or chipping!!! I could probably go longer if needed! Lastly, Kathy's business have grown so much and I am so happy and proud of her! Even so, she has accommodated me plenty of times from coming earlier than scheduled, cancelling because I'm sick or just because I am a last minute person and book a little too late sometimes. She has never treated me differently or taken advantage of me because we have worked together for years. I respect her time and dedication to all her loyal and new clients! Show more
