Bought group on coupons for haircut and color. I asked for dark brown hair color and after the service my hair is still black. Did not handle my hair ...well. It was all tangled and lost so much hair because she didn’t handle properly. She was in a rush to leave and finished my appointment in less an hour for both the services. She was rude and was always talking about money even for a small query. Not at all patient to answer any questions and was rude. Been to better salons and had excellent services. This is just not worth it. Very disappointed. To add to her comment. I never commented anything about her or regarding race. If anyone is racist here, I think that’s her because she saw me to be an Indian and may be that’s why she is so rude to me. She is totally trying to manipulate everything here. I was under the dryer only for 20 min only because she was in a rush to leave. Forget about straightening, she was expecting me to leave with wet hair, without even drying it. Uses regular products not even branded. Show more

You got a rinse ma'am over black hair I informed you what you needed you instructed me to do the temporary color and told you it only last upto 4 shampoos You stayed on your phone was not cooperating and you was rude especially when you seen I was Black. And then you wanted it straighten and you did not schedule for that.you wasunderdryer for 40 mins with color. I do not condone racism! I service ALL hair types. Sorry I wasn't what you expected!

I was too shocked and embarrassed to leave an appropriate review yesterday and I was trying to be polite as she was extremely polite I even bought one... of her products, I cannot let this go! I had to go to another stylist to fix my hair today. I’m including pics of the mess my hair was! I asked for subtle natural looking highlights and what I received was anything but it was a nightmare! The stylist today spent hours repairing my hair and let’s not even get into what it cost me🥲 i looked like I had tiger stripes and it was so brassy and was bleeding all over patches everywhere it was horrible. I would not recommend this stylist for highlights. Sorry not sorry! Show more

This is my daughters second appointment. Trim and silk press on natural hair. The press lasted a whole month with little maintenance on my daughters t...hick curly hair. I have to say I'm impressed! Also, love the quiet and comfy atmosphere due to service by appointment only. She's always friendly, gentle, and informative with a multitude of hair care products. But best of all, she's time efficient and we are in and out in no time. Thanks Kellz! Show more
