Rios was a nice guy (only 17th old) but inexperienced as indicated by the not-so-great job done on my hair. I asked him to dye the tips grey or plat b...londe and it largely uneven and not enough color. Also the kid was super behind meaning I was waiting 40 min past the time my appt was scheduled. He did apologize for the inconvenience but I believe I should not have had to pay for this service since the result was poor. Hope he gets better at dying black people hair for future clients Show more
