I first booked an appointment on 11/4/24 for 9:15am on 11/5/24. I got an email saying that it was confirmed the night before. I booked one for me litt...le brother to come along but his was for 8:45am on 11/5/24. We show and end up waiting an hour just for the barber not to show at all. No messages from the barber on their eta or a reschedule. Show more
