Karen is the best ! I flew to NY for a hair appointment and when the stylist went ghost the night before, I woke up in a panic because my event was at... 6pm. Searching all through Booksy, I finally came across Karen’s booking page. I called to confirm her availability and I could tell from her sweet and professional voice I would be well taken care of. I was in her chair with 2 hours of initial contact!! The environment of the shop was homey and she was so personable and fun. I allowed Karen to freestyle something quick/simple, and I was thoroughly satisfied with the outcome. I would highly recommend her services. Show more
